Stars in Your Eyes at the Angel Centre
Hill View School are staging a series of gigs at the Angel Centre in Tonbridge over two nights next week. It is a ‘Stars in your Eyes’ event, with all years groups from age 13 up to 18. By all accounts there are some very good musicians and singers taking part. My son will be playing in his band – songs to be finalised, but it is looking like it will be something from Radiohead, Franz Ferdinand, Arctic Monkeys. My daughter is also doing a rendition of Mama Do by Pixie Lott. Should be fun – I shall report back.
British Alpaca Yarn
Now online – www.britishalpacayarn.co.uk
My working life is certainly varied! Although two thirds of my new work comes from Tunbridge Wells and surrounding towns, I am now working on a site slightly further away. The company is Spingly Alpacas and they sell yarn from Alpaca across the whole of the UK. I’ll try and post some images up when the site goes live – they do look very cute
Site under way for Elsan
Although most of my work is for small businesses with the Tunbridge Wells area, I am currently working with Toucan Advertising on a makeover on the website for Elsan. They were founded in 1924 and are the World leaders in chemical sanitation.
The aim is to get the new site live by the end of Feb.
Balance Pilates is now live
I’ve just released the site for Sarah Leach in Tonbridge. This was a makover of her existing site, the aim being to improve the look and also search listings.
The site can be seen at Balance Pilates
Work this week
After the snow, things have got quite busy at Arcray Webmedia. I have two large website designs underway and a couple of small ones. Sarah Leach runs Balance Pilates in Tonbridge and her site is ready to be released soon. I’m also working on a site for Sheila Webb, who is a Psychotherapist and Counsellor based in Tunbridge Wells.
Welcome to Tunbridge Wells!
As time allows I will be updating these pages with some what’s on and what’s happened.
I am heavily into my music and it is good to see that The Tunbridge Wells Forum have a new website. I didn’t design it unfortunately, but it looks great. Great gig last Friday – really good to see some local musicians doing so well.
Oasis, Muse and Paul Weller to name just a few have all played there – so no doubt some bands to look out for in the future will be passing through that way. Worth keeping a watch on the website as they have some big names through from time to time – tickets sell out very quickly.
